Georgia Clearing & Grading is seeking an experienced Senior Civil Site Project Manager / Estimator to take full ownership of projects from bid to closeout. This role sits at the intersection of estimating, project management, and operations — and is built for a professional who thrives on accountability, precision, and results. The right candidate will allow our owner to focus on growth, customer relationships, and strategic planning while you drive project performance on the ground.
Morning: Review active projects, meet with foremen, verify equipment assignments, review deliveries and weather impacts, address RFIs, inspections, and field issues before they become problems.
Afternoon: Review production, compare actual vs. estimated costs, verify labor and equipment hours, update project schedules, and prepare the next day's work plan with full visibility across the field.
This role requires 7–10+ years in heavy civil or site construction, with demonstrated experience in land clearing, mass grading, utilities, erosion control, commercial sitework, and residential developments.

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Heavy Haul Truck Driver to join our team. This role demands a dependable and professional driver with a strong commitment to safety, operational expertise in heavy haul and low boy transport, and a proven clean driving history.
This position involves transporting oversize loads efficiently and safely while adhering to all DOT regulations. Operating in a zero-tolerance drug-free workplace, our ideal candidate demonstrates integrity, precision, and the ability to handle demanding responsibilities.
To prepare and manipulate heavy equipment to ensure the appropriate movement of materials. Operators must conduct their duties in a safe, diligent manner at all times. Operators monitor workflows and suggests alternatives to enhance productivity, as needed.
To assist in general operations of a construction job site. A crewman will be responsible for traveling to a job site and working with fellow crewman and operators on various construction tasks.
